How much does a website cost for a small business in Reno?
At Bright Red Design, a website is $99 a month with $0 to start. We build it first, you see every finished page, and you pay only if you love it. That one price covers the website, hosting, and unlimited edits. There is no separate design bill and no setup fee waiting in the wings.
Do I pay anything before I see my website?
No. Nothing. We build the complete website first and send it to you to look over on your own phone, at your own pace. Only if you love it does the $99 a month begin. If you do not love it, you have spent a short phone call and that is all.
How long does it take to build a website?
Most standard business websites here are built and in your hands to review within days, not months. Bigger builds, stores, and deep catalogs take longer, and we will tell you the honest timeline for yours before we start, then keep you posted while it happens.
Do I own my domain and my website?
Your domain is registered in your own name at Porkbun, so it is yours outright, whatever happens. We help you set it up and connect it. Your website runs on your plan for as long as you keep it, and your business information, photos, and content always belong to you.
Can I change my hours, prices, or photos later?
Any time, as often as you like, at no extra charge. Call Holly at (775) 410-1111 and say the change in plain words, or send an email. Most edits are live within one to two business days. Unlimited edits are part of every plan here, not a premium tier.
Will my website show up on Google?
Your website is built and set up to be found: proper page structure, your towns and services named clearly, and your Google Business Profile handled. Rankings themselves can never be honestly guaranteed by anyone. What we guarantee is the steady work that earns them, reported to you in plain English.
What is a Google Business Profile and do I need one?
It is the listing that puts your business on Google Maps and in the map results above the regular listings, with your phone, hours, services, and reviews. If your customers search for your trade in your town, yes, you need one, and it needs to be complete and kept active. We set it up and run it for you.
I already have a website. Can you rebuild it?
Yes. We build the new version beside your current site, so nothing goes dark and your web address never changes. You review the finished rebuild, and only when you approve it do we switch over. If the old site wins the comparison in your eyes, you have lost nothing.
Do you write the words and handle photos?
Yes, that is what full service means here. We write your pages with you, in your business's voice, and we place photos of your real work where you have them, with quality stand ins only where needed and labeled honestly. You approve every word before anything goes live.
What happens if I want to cancel?
Plans are month to month. Tell us you are done and billing stops at the end of the paid period, with no cancellation fee and no retention script to fight through. Your domain stays yours because it was always registered in your name. We would rather earn the next month than trap the last one.
