Our Terms
These are the rules for using this website, and the agreement that applies if you become a customer. We wrote them in plain English, the same way we do everything.

Part 1: Using this website
The words, designs, and logos on this site belong to Bright Red Design, or to the people who gave us permission to use them. Please do not copy them, scrape them, or use this site to do anything unlawful or harmful.
What you read here is general information about our services. The prices and offers shown on this site are our current offers. We can change them, and a change applies from the day we post it here.
Part 2: If you become a customer
The preview
We build your website first, and it is free to look at. Looking at it creates no obligation, and you owe nothing unless you start a plan. Until you start a plan, the preview design belongs to us.
The plan
Our website plan is $99 a month, $0 to start, month to month, with no contract. You can cancel anytime. The plan includes hosting, security, updates, and unlimited edits by email. We answer edit requests within 1 to 2 business days.
Unlimited edits means changes to the website you have: words, photos, prices, hours, and pages like them. A full redesign is a new build, and we quote it separately before any work starts.
Payment
Your card stays on file with our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. If a payment fails, we will tell you and try the card again. If the account stays unpaid, we may pause your website until it is current. You can restart at any time by paying what is owed.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime by email. Your website stays up through the end of the month you have paid for, and then it comes down. Your domain is yours, and your own words and photos are yours. Ask us, and we will hand over your content files.
Buying your website outright
After 12 monthly payments, you may buy your website outright for a one time payment of $1,500. The design and the code become yours, and the monthly fee ends.
Your domain
Your web address is always registered in your name, at your own registrar. Our standard recommendation is Porkbun, and we will walk you through buying it. We only connect it to your website. We never hold it, and you can point it somewhere else anytime.
What you send us
Anything you send us to put on your website, words, photos, logos, and the rest, must be yours, or you must have permission to use it. You keep ownership of everything you send us.
Search rankings
We do SEO work properly: structure, content, and steady improvement. No honest company can guarantee a specific ranking on Google, and we do not. Anyone who promises you the first spot is selling you something.
If something goes wrong
We work hard to keep your website up, secure, and correct. The service is provided as is. If something goes wrong, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem, and we are not responsible for lost profits or other business losses beyond that.
The law, and changes
Nevada law governs these terms. If we change them, we will post the new version on this page, and the change applies going forward. If a change is material for customers, we will email our customers about it.
